How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?

Every order is packaged and shipped each morning 8am - 5pm CST, Monday - Saturday. Excluding holidays and any other times where shipping centers may be closed.

Most orders arrive within 4 business days.

When your Runaways order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email or text (depending on what you chose at checkout) with your tracking number and link.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. For instance, shipping centers may take a bit longer to deliver during the holiday seasons.

USPS Standard Shipping: Arrives about 5 - 7 days from shipping date.

USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 3 – 4 business days from shipping date.

USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3 business days from shipping date.

USPS Express Mail: Arrives in about 2 business days from shipping date.

We do offer discounts on shipping! If you spend $40 or more you automatically get free standard shipping.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order using any of the following methods:

• Log into your Runaways Account to view your order and tracking information.
• When we shipped your order, you were sent a shipping confirmation email or text, which has your tracking number. Click the tracking number and you'll be able to see when your package is arriving.
• If you can't find any of the information above to get your tracking information please contact us at WhatUp@WeAreRunaways.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible! Please provide us your order number, email address, phone number OR first and last name with your purchase.
